Before you book

How booking works.

Walk-ins: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays only, first come first served. Loc and color walk-ins must arrive at least one hour before closing.
Appointments: Mondays and Wednesdays are appointment only.
Deposit: every appointment requires a deposit, paid in full to book.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Arrival: there is a 15-minute grace period. Please arrive photo ready.
After hours: appointments outside regular hours carry an added fee of $50 or more.
Remaining balance: paid in cash or Zelle on the day of your appointment.
First-time loc and color clients: do not book a paid service before the complimentary consultation. Monte schedules it with you during the consultation.
